As we move towards adopting Canvas at ANU, here’s what you can do right now:

🔗 Log in to Canvas
Head to canvas.anu.edu.au and explore your new LMS.

🧪 Explore Your Sandpit Site
Your personal “sandpit” is a private, blank Canvas course where you can freely test features.
You can:

• Add staff members as ‘teachers’ or ‘students’
• Try out profile settings and Canvas Studio
• Upload content, play with tools, and explore functionality
• Use our Canvas Starter Pack to guide your learning

📦 Migration from Wattle to Canvas

• Migrated sites may include fully or partially transferred content
• Blank sites are also available if you opted for one
• Automated and manual fixes are underway to address migration issues

🧑‍🏫 Live Teaching Sites for Winter & Semester 2
You’ll also receive a live teaching site – separate from the migrated version – where students will be enrolled. Your College’s course template will be applied here.
Need to move content over? You can import it from your migrated site.
